When I check my file status online it says "we sent a letter in mail on 8th December 2016. Please consider delay in mail delivery before contacting us."
Does this mean they sent me letter through post or by email. Because I didn't receive any letter from cic in post but I got email from LVO on 8th December 2016 for my interview.
I had my interview on 16 January 2017 but haven't got any response after that.
Should I contact LVO regarding that letter or it is the email they talking about.
