HELLO

i made mistake in my co op work permit application. i filled the IMM5710E everything is correct but at end they asked ' Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? i marked ''NO'' but extended my study permit
what should i do ?
 
Did you apply online? If so , fill the online form and tell them about it and ask them to hold on, then fill another form with right information and send it again
