Hi, I Submitted my study permit application on Dec 2. In the family information form imm5645e, I forgot to sign and mention date under section A note 1 where it says that if no spouse or common-law partner listed in section A sign below and(i don't have a spouse or common-law partner).
I have printed, signed in the remaining section B AND C and D and scanned and uploaded the document.
I found about this mistake when I opened my scanned imm5645e form now.
Someone, please help what should I do now? Your suggestions are welcome
