I have one more doubt, I am currently in my final year so by what time I have to submit my transcripts and provisional degree certificate to get unconditional offer letter.
And btw my profile is : 69.45% upto 6th semester and 7 bands overall in ielts, what are my chances of getting admitted to carleton or concordia ?
