M.Eng Computer and Electrical at University of Toronto

Hello,
I'm searching for a one year M.Eng program in the software engineering field.
I've done IELTS -7-
and my GPA: 81.4 , 5 years Electrical Engineering

Do I stand a chance to enroll in M.Eng Computer and Electrical at University of Toronto ? or should I look for other universities?
