Today I received the following e-mail from London Visa office.

You will shortly receive the medical forms, by email (this is a new procedure and forms are no longer sent by post with photo affixed). If not received in 2 to 3 days please advise us.

Please provide the following items in addition within 60 days:

1. Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($980). Bank draft is required. This office does not accept online fee payment or National Collection Services payment (please see fee schedule attached)

But my wife is 16 week pregnant please advise should I go for her medical now specially the X-Ray???????
or I wait for the delivery and then go for her medical.

Ring the hospital or clinic which do the medical tests and present your concerns and they will advise you whether they will take xray or not.

No the LVO procedure is changed and immediately after Medical they are issuing the PPR so be ready and pray to God your medical results will be fine.
