my 12th scores are very less i scored about 51% overall in 12th (with maths being 33% and computer science being 75%) but in 11th I got 80% overall and in 10th also i have an overall percentage of 78% my IELTS score is also 8 with no band less than 7. and i want to any universities or colleges with a computer science program degree (4years) so can anyone please suggest me which college or university i can apply to will have some chance of getting in thanks in advanced

well i understand that but i still want to try... and i am not really interested in anything but computer science i can also provide reasons why my 12th was so low also i think all my other grades are alright so i just wanted some or few colleges where i can apply where i would have the most possibility of getting in

Yes colleges are easier are get into. Try and get into one with a Bachelor's program. That way you can apply for a Master's if needed. Otherwise you can try to get a diploma and then transfer into a Bachelor's but if you don't get high grades then you will be stuck with a diploma
