Hello Everyone
I have lost my Pr card and pasport outside canada.. please suggest me what is my situation now .. can I apply for new passport and permanent travel document as well .. Do I get prtd and how long it takes

What country are you from? Follow the directions for PRTD on that country’s VAC/VFS/visa office.
 
First thing you must do is report the loss to the local police and inform the Canadian government.
