lost passport with valid Canadian Visa

Hi,

I have recently lost my Romanian passport with a Canadian Visa on it.
I am in Romania now, but I had planned to visit Canada in a month and two weeks, my ticket is brought and I have to get my visa on the new passport that I'll make. What would be the procedure ?
