Lost of COPR

I was supposed to receive COPR today but I couldn't.
Express post guaranteed on time delivery and it was shipped on Tuesday.
There was no update since then and it seems like it was missing.

Canada Post sucks!

Would it be possible to reissue COPR?

Of course I did.

The status has been in transit since 2days ago.

I'm also waiting for my COPR. The status turned to "out for delivery" this morning, but I haven't received it yet...

They just said that please let them investigate and call me back by 4pm today.

It's 3pm now but no phone call yet.

My passport was sent on Monday and I didn't see any tracking update till yesterday. I would say this happens a lot with Canada Post. Hope you will see some update later today.

But if it's just a tracking issue, COPR was supposed to arrive without the update.
But COPR wasn't delivered in fact.
They must have lost it.

The same thing happened with me. I called Canada post everyday for a week n they were able to locate it.
