Hi, I have recently lost my Indian Passport and I am a Canadian PR Holder. I have a family function in India in 8 days from now and have to return in 15 days.
So, what is the quickest way to get an Indian passport or any form of visa so that I can go to India? if I get an urgent visa with only one time entry to India, can I return back to Canada on my PRCARD within 15 days (without passport)?

You need to be speaking to the Indian embassy/consulate about expedited passport or emergency travel documents. As a citizen you couldn’t get a visa to India. As long as you have a valid Indian travel documents or passport you can travel using your PR.
