Lost / misplaced Permanent Resident Card - Living in USA . How to get new PR Card

Hi

I have lost / misplaced Permanent Resident Card . Currently living in USA . Please advise on how to get a replacement PR card.

To be eligible for a PR card, you need to:

• be a permanent resident, and
• submit your application in Canada.

If you are outside Canada, apply for a permanent resident travel document to return to Canada. After you arrive, apply for a PR card.

Plus of course although the OP has not stated anything about residency in Canada, in applying for a replacement card or even a PRTD if they are delinquent on the residency obligation they could find their PR status being revoked at some point.

Even if they are still able to meet the residency obligation they will of course need a Canadian address for the card to be mailed to as will not be mailed outside of Canada, even to the US.
