Lost job after medical in pr process

Hello guys,
I just passed my medical. I have applied pr through provincial nominee program. But, I lost my job( terminated) after my medical. So, could it affect my pr application on this stage ??

I applied pr through mpnp(manitoba pnp). In addition, I already changed my job from my original nominated job before after getting my pnp. Even, I notified mpnp that I changed my job. They said no problem. But, now, I lost my job after passing medical . Now only, three months left in my pr application then I will get passport request.

Do you have a closed working permit or an open?
Have you informed AINP about loosing job?
