Lost Job after getting ITA

Here is my situation, On I got ITA last week (13/02/2021) under CEC ( I have 15 months on Canadian experience) & I have to submit my application soon

Now I lost my job & I will lose 50 points because it, even after losing my job my point is still above minimum cut-off of 75 CRS (Express entry).

Will my application be refused in this case?

They already locked your score from what you submit on pre-ITA. They counted your previous experience until the date you got the invitation, so you don’t need to worry. You’ll be fine Goodluck on your application.
