Hi,

i have recently lost my Indian passport with a valid work visa on it, i have received a new passport. Could you please let me know the process of restamping my lost visa. Currently am in India, i have my work permit with me.

To get entry into the country, you need to go through the H-1B visa stamping process. Getting the H-1B visa stamp means the government endorses your visa. There is an entire process to get an H-1B visa stamp including an interview, forms, photos, and other H-1B documents for stamping.
