Hello!
I applied from a European country and my file was refused, i had only 61 points!
IELTS test add me 8 points but TEF only 2! My job is not in 38 list, I work as it teacher at secondary scholl and my experience is 4141, i think.
What could you suggest me? I'm trying to improve my french.
Is it possible to obtain visa after this refuse?
I dont think it should be a problem if you file your case again under the enw rules. Please make sure your application does go with every detail which can get you the pass mark
I know it's disappointing, but under the new rules, unless your job is in the "list of 38", you will in all probability not be accepted for the Federal Skilled Worker Program.
One alternative is to check out the "Provincial Nominee" programs, some of them may be open to people with your experience, but the catch is that you need a job offer. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp
good luck!
