Lost documents send to Manila Visa office

Hi everyone, I have a big concern right now, I send an additional documents to Canadian embassy Manila and they emailed me that they didn't received my documents. But when I tracked it, it says that the receiver is the HEAD OFFICE, I used JRS courier. Im VERY HOPEFULL that they can track or find my additional documents. Who else experience this kind of stress sending a very important documents and got lost ?

While the VO is working to track the document.......if you have a copy of the document, will advice that you send a scanned copy of the document and the courier tracking sheet through IRCC Webform to Manila VO.

I'm sorry I don't have any soft copy of those documents. I will just pray that they can find the documents .
