On a trip to USA my car got break into and I lost both Study permit and my passport. Is it possible to board a flight back to Canada with emergency chinese passport (which does not have visa sticker and not eligible for eTA), a police report stated my document is stolen, and a photo copy of my study permit? I am in deep shit rn.
