After completing a diploma, I got a post-graduate work permit for 3 years which will expire in 03/2025. I’m currently working full-time. I want to do some traveling so I renewed my visa in 10/2022. However, by mistake I submitted the wrong form for visitor visa without noticing it. I got the approval in 05/2033 and my status becomes “visitor”. As the result, I am not allowed to work anymore and lost my post-grad work permit.
I don’t know how to go about disputing it to regain my post-grad work permit status. If you have ever experienced something like it, Please give me some suggestions. I very much appreciate it!
