my e cas has changed in sept,6 to in process however i received a letter advising me to send the rprf within sixty days ......is that positive anybody with idea...........

'Hey Yarmuuk,

it is quite positive indeed! pay the RPRF as soon as possible and send the proofs of payment to CIC ( as instructed in the letter), it seems like a good thing - they are working on your file and getting ready probably to issue the visa, so good luck for the rest of the process!
