Los Angeles VISA OFFICE please help

Im sponsoring my husband
I applied on June 20th,2018
On October 23 CIC Sent me an acknowledgement letter
Later asked for certain documents- done
Then they requested medical exam- done and passed
And on Friday November 30th 2018
CIC Sent me an email saying that my application was forwarded to the visa office in Los Angeles ( thats where my husband lives)
I am wondering does anyone one know approximately how long it will take for the visa to be issued
And is it possible if they request an interview at this point
