I am 31 years old ,Married and 7 Years of experience in I.T, Recently i have finished my IELTS with CLB 7(Listening 6.5,W - 6, S-6,R-9) Now my CRS Score is 360 and looking to re-attempt IELTS by march.OINP is not possible with this score as per latest draw,so am looking for Saskatchewan and Alberta PNP. can some help me with probability of getting ITA for this score or suggest me is there any other options to apply for.

Calulate your SINP score and check their draws, and see if NOC/score are selected. Not sure your score is high enough. Alberta doesn’t post NOCs or scores but factor in having a relative, job offer, French, working in Alberta etc.

My SINP score is 68 . On Dec 21 there was a draw and in the same 21231 invited,which is my noc code. and minimum score is 80 for the draw

So too low for now. Draws under 70 are not as common. Plus your NOC is licensed so look at SINP licensing requirements too.
