3) In total of three years of work exp from Indian & England.
4) Age : 29 years. Currently working full time.
5) IELTS - I have not taken.

Also, even though an Educational Credentials Assessment (ECA) is not required for CEC applicants, you won't get points for your MSc or BE unless you do the assessment.

3) Use your language and educational results to figure out your CRS points with the points calculator.
If you score 460+ you should be able to get ITA directly in a future draw without any problems. If you score 450+ that might still be a possibility, but you would probably need to be more patient.
If you were to score below 450, which seems unlikely based on your information, you would have to look at LMIA or PNP to get additional points for ITA.
