Hello Guys,
I am enquiring about a friend of mine:
My friend is a international graduate. He works in software company and has
4 months of experience in IT company
While working he got sick and applied for:
4 months of short term disability
and now he is on LTD (Long term disability) from 5 months.
Is there any way he can PR?
Can I apply his express entry, will STD and LTD, cause any issues in his PR application?
This is the forum about permanent residency obligations, i.e. not about new applications. Suggest you post in a different forum here.

The devil is in the details. It depends on the nature of the illness, costs to the Canadian health care system, whether he manages to fully recover or not, and how IRCC assesses all of this as part of his PR medical vs. excessive demand thresholds.
Both approval and refusal are possible.

So can we apply his PR now? Will the 1 year experience includes the time of STD and LTD?

Sorry, I don't know. I'm not sure if LTD time is counted towards work experience.
