Hi, I am applying to immigrate to Quebec. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the State University of New York - Empire State College, which is fully accredited. But I have completed it through distance education since I live in Lebanon.
So is my educational credentials valid to Quebec Immigration?
I have completed 93 cr/hrs in an accredited university in my country, then 32 cr/hrs through long distance with Empire State College, then got my degree from the Empire State College - State University of New York.

Actually I'm trying to find an answer to it as well. Some people say it's accepted, some say it's not. It's quiet confusing actually. I also did a two year Diploma in Canada but I don't have my Bachelors yet which is a big problem.
well i've done some research and turned out that there are lots of canadian universities who have online programs, and based on the answers here i guess that if the university is fully accredited and has an online program, it shouldn't be a problem

The things is Quebec follows a different procedure than the rest of the federal government of Canada. For FSWP, I think you have to get your documents evaluated by an agency. But for Quebec, I hope that things are a bit easier.. I think it's best to consult a lawyer though.
