My application is also forwarded in LVO and it was sent last July 31, 2017 and didn't received any news yet. How can we follow up? I (PA) lived in Dubai, UAE while my wife who is the Sponsor lives in Canada. We don't have idea on how we can get updates. Can someone help us? By the way May 23, 3017 applicant here.

You are well within processing times. London VO generally does not respond, from what I have seen when others have tried. You can order GCMS if you wanted, but London is a slower, busy office. We've been there since May and haven't heard anything which is normally. You can check out the spreadsheet to see other timelines. I wouldn't worry too much at this point you're still very early in the process.

The way you get updates (if there are any) is through your MyCIC / GC Key account. But if it only went to London on 31 July, then no surprise you haven't heard anything, London are slow. You may start to wonder around end of November onwards.

JUNE 22, 2017- AOR1 RECEIVED
JUNE 22, 2017 – CREATED ONLINE ACCOUNT GCKEY AND LINK MY APPLICATION

JUNE 22 2017- REQUEST DOCS: SCHEDULE A
JUNE 23, 2017 – SCHEDULE A Uploaded in IRCC Web form

JULY 9, 2017- SCHEDULE A SENT via express mail

JUNE 30, 2017- SPONSOR APPROVED
JULY 15, 2017 – Additional Documents uploaded status in GC KEY Account
July 17, 2017 – Schedule A Background Declaration received by IRCC and forwarded to CIC, GC Key account has been updated as well into documents is uploaded.
JULY 31, 2017 – My sponsor (wife) received letter and email from CIC informing that the application has been forwarded to Visa Office in London for further verification.
AUGUST 03, 2017 – AOR 2 received
NOVEMBER 09, 2017 – PRE-ARRIVAL LETTER Received and updated on GCKey
NOVEMBER 17, 2017 – Additional documents Schedule A
