I think ALL 2013 FSW applicants should email the minister and just ask what's going on, why are other applicants from other visa offices being processed quickly and LVO has processed nothing.
He hopefully will the contact them.

I believe LVO will start processing fswp 2013 applications towards the end of November. I would like to also add that we can make status enquiry from LVO if we feel our application has been with them for more than 120days. It is clearly written on their site. There is no harm in trying.
looking at LVO progress on the other thread it seems they are not going to give us priority like they did with 2011 applicants, this means the 25 months processing period is effectively true
Dear forum members (particularly LVO / NDVO applicants):
yesterday I wrote an email to CIC minister (Mr. Alex), giving a suggestion to him that if LVO is too much occupied / over loaded - they better think to have our files transferred to some other visa offices or CPP-O.
Just got an automated email response from minister's office that his office would respond in 10 to 30 working days.
Most likely my email to him would be taken as garbage................but if we all (particularly LVO / NDVO and other slow visa offices applicants) write him, they may think for betterment.
I suggest we all should write to him, it will not harm anything.
Guys what do you say?
Best regards.

i've send an email to chris lets c how they reply.
Excellent, the guys that are being processed through the LVO are being unfairly treated. Why do/should other offices process others quickly where as we don't get ours processed for 25 months, try and get others to this thread to email etc..... more the better.
I made a case status enquiry to LVO on the 12th of November and got this automated response:
London-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
To Me
Nov 12 at 10:35 AM
----- Original Message to LDN (IMMIGRATION) /Message d'origine à LDN (IMMIGRATION) -----
"The London visa office has received your email. We'll reply within 28 days. Don't resend your enquiry. We reply first to emails we consider urgent where the urgency is stated clearly. We only reply to case status enquiries if the processing time shown on www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca (not www.cic.gc.ca) has passed. If you've submitted new information, we'll update your file without replying".
Processing time shown on Unitedkingdom.gc.ca site is about 120 days after which we can request status enquiry and on cic.gc.ca is 25 months.
I also got another message from my visa officer saying that my application is still awaiting review. Fingers crossed guys! Lets hope and pray.

FAQ- skilled workers and professionals
I have submitted the documents that you asked for. Why haven’t I heard from you yet?
Due to the large amount of documents received at our office, it may take 4 months or more for incoming documents to be reviewed and for the next step to be taken in your immigration application.
Please do not contact the office for at least 120 days after you have submitted new information as repeated letters and e-mails only slow the process.

Thank you so much.
Try and email the Minster and representative, I've emailed the Visa office and Have been informed that it is going to take 25 months.
Unfortunately I don't think the people responding to these emails actually care they have probably just been told to reply whith the standard 25 months.

The more of us from LVO that do it the more likely it is that someone will intervene. Please ask more people to do this.

Please Tashford, can you help with the link where the underlined in you statement above is stated because I cant locate it at all. The most similar thing I see is the link http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/processing-traitement.aspx which refers me back to cic website and the recently updated 25 months visa processing period.
Thank you.
