Got email from donotreply@cic.gc.ca and it said that theres a message in my cic account. Subject was: we sent you a message about your application

GU is ghost update(you see "profile updated" on your application but theres no change)
Ip1 is another made up term for when your background check is: We are processing your application and we will send you a message when we start your background check.
Ip2: we are processing your background check....

Nope not at all. But i think my application was approved since december only the PPR was sent now. Usually people in medical fields are being priortised
