we did medicals on 16-Nov and on 28-Nov we got mail from Canada High Commission for additional test for my wife which was completed on 4-Dec. Doctor said my wife is good and she said she will forward the letter to Immigration. Now I am planning to submit the documents on 8-Dec. When I checked with Hospital, they said existing eMedical form is suffice.
Do I need to include any LOE stating that Additional test is requested and it is done like that or just eMedical form is enough ?
