My wife is applying for a study permit, she already have an acceptance letter from UWO, I'm applying for a SOWP, but in case of our son, besides the study permit application document the ircc portal ask for a LOA, we don't have an acceptance letter for my son.
I've find some information about an exemption but it wasn't very clear for me how can we apply for that exemption or how should we submit our son application.
