Hi Group,

My sister in law applied for our in laws Supervisa in 2022. However, it was refused as we missed to complete the biometrics request. We are planning to apply for a supervisa for them again. Would apologizing and mentioning that we missed the biometric request letter would be appropriate in LOE or would it look bad on the application that we missed the appointment.
