Loan disbursement after visa filling.

Hey guys wassup,
i applied for SPP visa with my loan sanction letter but at that time my loan was not disbursed now the bank has disbursed loan amount in my brothers account who is my sponser, However my application is still under process..i only require about 7 lakhs of loan but the bank granted me 12lakh of loan, my brother prepaid my fee for 1st semister from his personal funds from shares..So the bank today have disbursed about 3 lakhs rupees from that amount in my bros bank account..Can you tell me the complications involved in it( if there are any) as my visa is "under processing".

there should be no complications. you have fulfilled the conditions of the SPP chklist.

1. you have a loan - sanction letter as proof
2. payment of fees before application - done.

that the bank paid/ reimbursed ur bro is not an issue. doesnt matter to the CHC.
