Is the loan amount recommended to be taken should be 80% of the expenses total in first year of study or 80% of the expenses in whole course of study????

Is the loan amount recommended to be taken should be 80% of the expenses total in first year of study or 80% of the expenses in whole course of study????

I dont think the 80% of first years total amount. It should be total tution fee of first year plus $10000 for living expenses.

If anybody have an idea?
