LOA received from Conestoga college - Jan 2021

Hello,
I have received LOA from Conestoga college for graduate certificate in Information Technology Business Analysis - Operations for session starting in January, 2021. Does anyone know about the job prospects of the course and if the classes would be online or on-campus. In case of online classes, would I have to attend classes from my home country-India or can I move to Canada?

If your classes are all online then probably not. Until travel restrictions are lifted you likely need a letter from the college indicating your travel is essential due to in-person classes.
