I am currently in canada work on an lmo and work permit. Another company has offered me a position and has an open lmo.
I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible for me to swap my work permit to this new company. And if so how would I go about it and would I have to go back to a boarder ect.
Any help advice would be great.

You can't use your current work permit to work for the new employer. You need a new work permit. Yes - you can drive down to the border to obtain the new work permit.
