LMO processing

Anybody can advice me! My frnd applied me a wrk in calgary, last month she forward me a contract from the employer that I'm hired. She told me that I'll wait for 3 to 4 months for the LMO processing. If they receive the LMO what is the next step. Tanx a lotm

1. Wait to see if you get the LMO.
2. Then if you get the LMO, you apply for a work permit and TRV if required.

The agency will process the TRV or I'll be the one to process here in UAE, coz as of now I'm based in UAE
