Hello,

My agent told me 4 weeks ago that he applied LMO application form to the Service Center in Manitoba.
But, I haven't received the file number yet.
I so wonder how long it takes to receive the file number after applied the LMO.

I also wonder how long it normally takes to receive "open LMO" after receive file number.
