1. Your employer applies for the LMO, No advertising requirements if you are on a PGWP. The employer follows the instructions here: http://www.esdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/foreign_workers/higher_skilled/general/index.shtml

Depending on the Province anywhere from 6-16 weeks.
