Hi Guys, ??? ???

Is there any procedure if need to check my profession, As I got an offer / Employment contract from a canadian company (Manitoba), but they asked me to check status from (Labour Market Opinion) then they will issue work permit, is this correct ???

Also does it need money to pay...

I would appreciate your reply / feedback on this issue.

No, that is not correct.

1) The employer has to obtain the LMO. It does not cost anything.

2) The employer cannot give you a work permit, only CIC can. The employer has to give you a copy of the LMO before you can obtain a work permit. It costs $150 CAD. Some employers will reimbuse you, some will not.
