LMO for FSW need Advertisement or not?? hold PGWP

My PGWP is not gonna expire until 2015, I need a LMO for FSW. In this case, does my employer still need to show recruitment efforts?
On LMO website, it says "Employers hiring former PGWPP participants in higher-skilled occupations are not required to conduct recruitment or advertisement efforts", but this LMO is "for foreign workers no longer covered under the Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s (CIC) Post-graduation Work Permit Program"
my work permit is still vaild for 2 year, will HRSDC give me the LMO without my employer doing advertisement? Can I use the LMO for PGWP to apply FSW?
