Hey there,
Im preparing all the documents required to apply for the Permanet Resident through the Alberta Nominee Program.
One of the documents required is a LMO or Evidence of Exemption. As I was hired using my Working Holiday Visa my company never prepared a LMO for me.
How should I provide this point ¿? I just need to send a copy of my Working Holiday Visa or is a letter explaining my situation plus a copy of this WHV ¿?
Looking at document checklist, it says "If an LMO does not exist, provide the documents to show the exemption used for the work permit (e.g. North American Free Trade Agreement, Post-Graduation Work Permit, etc.)".
They will accept a copy of your WHV, an open work permit, as proof of the exemption. You could write "Evidence of LMO Exemption" on the top of the copy so that they realize exactly what it is.
