Kindly advise me my brother got his Lmo and employment contract but he is in Dubai right now , my problem is in his employment contract that indicate that he is already in the Canada coz employer thought his here ..is there will be a problem once he apply for visa in Dubai to get work permit ? Or he will question by the immigration that his contract that he is already in Canada?
Or do we need a new Lmo & contract that he is in Dubai address
