My potential future employer is filling a LMIA application for me.
He owns 4 restaurants and wants to open a new one. I would be working in his new restaurant as a shift manager.
he is doing business since 2002 but because he is opening a new restaurant, do you think the restaurant itself needs to be a year old before applying for LMIA? Also when he will submit the application and because the restaurant is still under construction, the municipality won't issue a business license right away, do you think that would be a problem?
