50 points LMiA and LMiA work permit both are different ?
I have around 1 year of PGWP work permit left. should I have to apply both at Same time ?
I’m international student in canada. So if I get LMiA then what’s the validity of 50 points LMiA. And what’s the validity of LMiA work permit.

Post under Foreign workers and mention if you have an approved LMIA from employer and employer has paid $1k.
LMiA is in process. Not approved rightnow
Hi I also applied for LMIA last December
And my company got interview call this coming Wednesday.
do you know how long it will take for decision?
I have a restaurant business operated in several places in Alberta. My employee (currently actively working with me as a sales supervisor) has a profile in Sales and Marketing back home. However, his LMIA was rejected in Calgary due to negative labor impact. I already have a approved LMIA for restaurant operator. Can he use that LMIA for his PR approval in express entry which would be in Sales and Marketing (TEER NOC code would be same for his profile as well as his LMIA approval but the designation would be different) . Will he get necessary approved LMIA points

No since that is not his job.

Will current lmias get sent home ?
What do you mean sent home? Do you have an approved LMIA and an approved closed work permit?
I have LMIA with the confirmation. number of 9215174, can you check the validity?
No one can check it but if you have to ask then fake. Post further questions under Foreign Workers.
I have a question.i was working with one employer who provided me an LMIA valid till May 2025. Now my work permit has expired and I am out of status. I have a CRS score of 521 so my question is can I go back to my country and apply for PR or my LMIA will not be taken into consideration since i am no longer with employer...
Can anyone help check if this LMIA I received is real or fake

Hi,
I have a question and hope someone can help me. I worked as a skilled worker for one year with a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). After one year, my employer gave me a job offer that is LMIA-exempt due to an international agreement.
Now, on Express Entry profile, there is a question asking:
“Have you worked for this employer with your current work permit for one year?”
Since the one year of work was done with a PGWP, I believe I should answer “No.” However, when I select “No,” the system doesn’t calculate the 50 points for the job offer.
If I answer “Yes,” that answer won’t be accurate, even though my job offer meets all the requirements of a valid job offer.
Could you guide me on how to handle this situation?
