My employer is willing to do an LMIA for me, but he thinks it is as easy as a letter and told me to see everything he should do. Did anyone here helped their employer with the process?
Some questions that my boss and I have:
1 - Should I apply under low or high wage? I think high would be easier so that is the one I am studying right now...

What are these attestations they mention?
3 - In the form EMP5626 - LMIA for high wage, there is this thing about Transition Plan. I think if my employer goes for a 1 year work permit, he would be exempt of doing this plan (correct me if I am wrong). Then, in question 4 ''Has a transition Plan been completed for this occupation and location before?" the answer would be ''No''. Later, it says ''If no, the employer must submit a Transition Plan with their LMIA application. I didn't get if we would be exempt or not after all.
4 - About job postings, they should be 3 different methods of publication (one is JobBank). If both are online, they must have unique value and reach different audiences, otherwise they will be considered as just 1 method. So monster and indeed are the same for example??
