I was wondering if anyone has gone through this. but currently im on PGWP which will expire in 2months. and most likely i will have to end up with closed work permit (LMIA) so my question is can i get PR while on LMIA? i have applied for PR but most likely my AOR will not make it on time before my PGWP expire. and i dont want to risk if i apply BWP without aor . so lets say if i get closed work permit and in meanwhile they process my PR, can i get PR this way?
