Let's say if someone managed to get +ve LMIA and get PR through Express Entry.
Question: Can the person ditch the LMIA employer after landing or they've to do the job with them for sometime ?

I think you can because as a permanent resident you have the right To work and live anywhere in Canada.
Altho it is not very nice towards your employer. Lmia's are hard to get and alot of paperwork!
