LMIA requirement after PR ??

Hi friends,
Since most of us here are applying PR without LMIA or PNP.
Being optimistic and imagining a case when our PR is approved and post landing.
Is it still required for canadian employers to obtain a LMIA for employing, as we are foreign workers?
Please throw some light.

PR gives you the privilege to work anywhere with out LMIA or work permit.
