LMIA Processing time

can somebody tell me how long it takes to get Positive LMIA, the min and max processing time frame ?

I have applied on 22 Sep 2014, what do you think how long I have to wait, because last time when I applied was in July 2014, the application was returned because of insufficient papers and now again I sent,

Unfortunately we have no real idea. There have been no approved/rejected LMIAs for awhile.

Take approximately 8 weeks from the time you received the file number. You should be getting it in a week or two

Oh wait havent u got the file number yet? Has your employer been charged on their credit card or whatever the mode of payment is?

Usually the process is once the credit card is charged your employer will receive a file number. So, from the day they receive the file number it is 8 weeks.

my employer is not showing me clear picture, he is just telling me that , it is processing and saying that I haveconfidential information in those documents , so I can not share that with you,
