Hello

Can someone help me with the below information ?

1). If we are successful with the LMIA role, how long can we stay and work in Canada.

2) I come across a website who are saying that they will refund the fee if LMIA is not confirmed in 8 months ? Can we proceed with them for LMIA and then PR ?

3). How can we get the PR with LMIA ? What is the procedure ?

4). If we want to apply for PR after our initial stay there with LMIA, is IELTS required to be eligible for the express entry ?

Thanks in advance

I will only comment on (2) just be wary of anyone making promises to refund anything. Is this website planning to charge you for a service apart from which the LMIA should be paid by an employer not the applicant so any refund would be due to an employer..

there is plenty of information on the official immigration website about LMIA procedures and requirements just need some to do some reading. For example http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/apply-who.asp#do_you_nedd_LMIA
